SLM THE LABEL is a bespoke label, offering our customers the benefit of receiving advice during the order process to make sure your items are perfect and created just for you, with this in mind please Take note of our policies on Delivery & Returns below, once an order has been made you have agreed to all the below.

ALL our clothing is made using the highest quality fabrics, sourced here in the UK. Hand Wash ONLY using cold water. Do not use detergent, do not scrub, and do not soak and do not tumble dry.

DELIVERY –

Due to COVID19 all orders will have a slower turnaround time.

UK orders - 4 working days to dispatch & 7-10 working days for delivery.

Europe orders- 4 working days to dispatch & 10-15 working days for delivery.

USA orders- 4 working days to dispatch & 15-25 working days for delivery.

All orders placed on non-working days (Saturday -Sunday & public bank holidays) will processed on the following working day.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service, this service requires a signature on delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days for this service to deliver your items. By shopping with SLM THE LABEL, you accept that Royal Mail is sufficient evidence your item has/will be delivered.

All the above is a guideline and during busy periods turnaround times can alter - please email us if you have any queries regarding this.

International delivery Inc Ireland:

4-week approx. turnaround from order date to delivery. Royal Mail Airmail, which is a fully tracked service, requiring a signature on arrival. From the date of your order dispatch email - please allow an additional 5-10 days for the delivery of your item internationally.

RETURNS -

All items are made to order / intimates, therefore we offer a no returns. We stress the importance of this policy & once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please be mindful when choosing colours when ordering, as wrong choices cannot be exchanged/returned.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Of course, if the item is faulty, and has been reported to us within 5 working days, via email: slmthelabel@outlook.co.uk. We request for the set to be sent back to us and a new one will be issued out. Providing the product is returned in its original state un-warn and un-used. Any loss or damage to the product will be held accountable by yourself, the customer. Please be aware all postage costs are NON- refundable. The cost of postage of returns is at the customer’s expense.
